Yoga and meditation give me an incredible sense of freedom. The focus on breath combined with fluid movement allows me to find a more open place in myself. 

I used to be very militant. Really attached to the physical practice. Since I’ve had a baby I’ve lightened up and it shows in my teaching. I love to create space for people to flow, to tune in and face themselves. Whether it’s comfortable or uncomfortable, there’s room to question and explore. It brings a fresh perspective.
